How is Rime doing?

Brian, thank you for your generosity of time & space in creating the Rime forum here! It was good to finally see you there last night. I hope you dug the room & the music.

We've got a ways to go yet with improving certain aspects of the place, but I do believe we've made quite a few improvements since we opened three months ago. We've been working non-stop on the place since the beginning of October, so it's at times difficult to assess things with any accuracy, objectively, from where I'm standing.

I was hoping that this thread could serve as a forum for discussing how Rime is doing as a venue, first and foremost, as well as a restaurant, neighbourhood hang, bar, club, whatever side interests you and whatever the place means to you. My hope is that we make it accessible to everyone, who wants to hear a variety of music under one roof, including quite a bit of jazz of various styles and approaches.

I'm open to any and all criticism and look forward to your comments, suggestions, gripes on the music, sound, pricing, food, service, whatever... I'm more than happy to discuss any aspect of the place with anyone. So, shoot...!
