O’Doul’s last call

As noted earlier, O’Douls Restaurant and Bar is closing its doors after forty years. Plans are to reopen in late summer as a newly renovated, newly named restaurant.

For much of its forty years O’Doul’s has presented live jazz regularly, featuring some of Vancouver’s best players and some internationally known jazz musicians, as well. Since 2001 live jazz was featured seven nights a week and from almost the same time O’Doul’s was home to the late night jam sessions during the Vancouver International Jazz Festival.

Join the Mike Allen Quartet and the team at O’Douls Restaurant and Bar one last time before they shut the doors for good on midnight on Saturday, June 2, starting at 8:00 PM. Reservations aren’t necessary but get there early to find your seat and toast O’Douls one last time.
